My food is late, what should I do?
Sorry to hear that. The best thing to do is phone the restaurant, their number is on your order confirmation email.

If you don't get anywhere with the restaurant, get in touch with us using one of the options below. Have your order number handy – that's in your order confirmation email, too.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Just go to eat247.co.uk and, as long as you’re logged in, your order details will be displayed in your account section. You should also receive a confirmation email.

My order has been rejected. What can I do?
If you paid up front, your money will be returned to you straight away. You can then order from a different restaurant.

My order is here, but it’s not right. What should I do?
